VBSR is pleased to honor Paul Millman, co-founder of Chroma Technology, at the 15th Annual Terry Ehrich Award Ceremony and Dinner, one of our largest and most festive events of the year. In a nod to Paul’s dedication to employee ownership and community, this year’s celebration will be held at Barre’s Old Labor Hall, a National Historical Landmark with a rich history of supporting workers’ rights and community-supported businesses. Don’t miss this unique gathering of entrepreneurial, mission-driven business professionals!

Paul MIllman is CEO and president of Chroma Technology Corp., an employee-owned manufacturing company in Bellows Falls, Vermont. He attended Antioch College and is a graduate of the New School and Antioch New England Graduate School. He is a director of the Vermont Business Roundtable and Valley Net. He is a member of the Steering Committee of ReThink Health in the Upper Valley and president of the Westminster Fire and Rescue Association. He is a former director of Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility and former chair of the Vermont Employee Ownership Center. Prior to moving to Vermont he worked as a bartender in New York City. He hopes to return to that profession when his days as a business big shot are over.
