Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility is teaming up with the BRATTLEBORO AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE to host a Candidate Showcase and Networking Event on the evening of Monday, October 24 at the American Legion in Brattleboro. Former Sec. Sue Minter, the Democratic candidate, and Lt. Gov. Phil Scott, the Republican candidate, will both attend the event and will discuss their economic development plans. (See
Other statewide candidates attending include Deborah Bucknam and TJ Donovan, candidates for Attorney General. The evening will conclude with a business-networking event featuring a cash bar and hors d’oeuvres.
This event is open to the public and is free for members of either organization as well as state and elected officials. $10 for nonmembers.
